Viton Tubing
Santo rubber factory offers a
wide size selection of Viton® tubing to meet customer
requirements. As per Viton® material basic properties, Viton
tube also has good mechanical and chemical resistance
properties at extremely high temperatures. Viton tubing is
resistance to oils and chemicals and very durable for outdoor
usage as it is resistance to weather and ozone.
Not like any other Rubber tube or most other thermoplastics,
Viton® tubing will resist to hydrocarbons such as benzene,
carbon tetrachloride, toluene, and xylene. Contact of
petroleum-based fuels, oils, lubricants, and mineral acids at
elevated temperatures to rubber tubes usually cause tubing
failure. But this will not happen with Viton® tube.
Viton® tube excellent properties will be a perfect solution for
any tube requirement to transfer the petroleum-based fuels,
oils, lubricants, and mineral acids.
Applications of Viton® Tubing can be found for automotive
fluids, chemical processing and transfer, hot lubrication, fuel
and oil lines, solvents transfer, etc.
